厨具是烹饪产品形成的必要条件之一,厨具科学是烹饪学科群中的重要分支。为了加快我国厨房革命的步伐,不断推出厨具新品,江苏飞月厨具有限公司前不久在泰州召开了“飞月厨具面向21世纪”研讨会。国内贸易部有关司局领导、国家厨具质检部门的有关技术人员、部分高等院校及有关科研部门的专家学者近百人应邀出席了研讨会。与会代表就“21世纪我国厨房设备的发展走势”、“菜系与厨具的关系”等专题进行了广泛的研讨。
Kitchenware is one of the necessary conditions for the formation of cooking products. Kitchenware science is an important branch in the cooking discipline. In order to speed up the pace of China’s kitchen revolution, and constantly introduced new kitchenware, Jiangsu Feiyue Kitchenware Co., Ltd. recently held in Taizhou, “Feiyue kitchenware facing the 21st century” seminar. Nearly 100 people from relevant departments under the leadership of the State Bureau of Trade and Industry, relevant technical personnel from the State Quality Inspection Department of National Kitchen Ware, some institutions of higher learning and experts and scholars from relevant scientific research departments were invited to attend the seminar. Participants on the “21st Century Development trend of China’s kitchen equipment,” “relationship between cuisine and kitchenware,” and other topics were widely discussed.
