随着新环保法的实施和环保标准的严格,国家污水排放标准由原来的氰化物<0.5mg/L改为了总氰化物<0.5mg/L,也就是除了水中游离氰化物之外的络合氰化物也包含在排放的标准之中,而指标值不变。湘钢炼铁口中水回用水站总氰含量在一个月内连续发生数次超标现象,成为困扰废水运行管理者的一项问题。本文对炼铁口减少总氰含量的工艺作了分析与研究。
