4种佐剂制备的伊氏锥虫灭活苗 ,通过小鼠免疫筛选试验 ,发现 号佐剂苗安全性好 ,免疫原性强 ,ES抗原在免疫保护中起重要作用。用 号佐剂制备的湖北、江苏、广西株伊氏锥虫灭活苗 ,通过小鼠和家兔 2次免疫 ,对同株虫体的攻击小鼠分别获得 2 0 /2 0、 1 2 /1 2和 2 0 /2 0的保护 ,并耐受第 2、第 3次攻击 ,免疫期长达3～ 5个月以上。家兔获得 7/8保护 ,体重明显增加 ,中和凝集抗体效价 1 :1 0～ 80倍。对照小鼠、家兔全部发病死亡。
The four kinds of adjuvant preparation of T. japonicum inactivated vaccine, mouse immune screening test found that adjuvant vaccine is safe, strong immunogenicity, ES antigen plays an important role in the protection of immunity. Inactivated vaccine of Trypanosoma brucei in Hubei, Jiangsu and Guangxi prepared by adjuvant, the mice challenged by the same strains of mice were immunized twice with 20% 1 2 and 2 0/2 0, and tolerated the second and third attacks, the immunization period of up to 3 to 5 months or more. Rabbits received 7/8 protection, significantly increased body weight, neutralizing agglutination antibody titer 1:10 ~ 80 times. Control mice, all rabbits died of the disease.
