近几年钢铁行业的竞争愈演愈烈,大有重新洗牌之势。国际经验表明,钢铁产业如果不达到一定规模,就无法优化配置资源,提高技术水平和增加产品附加值,广大中小钢铁企业的发展变得十分艰难。钢铁企业只有加强管理,充分挖掘自身的潜力,才能在竞争如此激烈的钢铁领域占有一席之地。时代对企业管理者提出了新的要求,而财务管理是企业管理的核心,财务策略的合理与否对企业具有深远的意义。如何采用最优的财务策略,培养竞争优势,成为当前钢铁企业面临的一个重要课题。本文对钢铁企业加强信息化的财务策略进行了探讨。
