一、本次调查对我盟在猪场首次分离的16株小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌做了全面的生化及血清型分析,表明哲盟猪的小肠耶氏菌的生化反应为典型小肠耶氏菌其血清型以0:6、0:31为主。二、药敏试验:结果表明对常用的卡那霉素、丁胺卡那霉素、庆大霉素、新霉素、链霉素、托布霉素、复方新诺明都表现出高度敏感,对所有的各种青霉素都有较高的耐药,而土霉素和其他各省报告不一致,有高度耐药,故对今后发现对本病治疗应首选上述高敏抗菌药。三、95份材料分离出16株,分离率为16.84%,和外省基本相同,说明与人密切接触的猪的健康带菌率较高。该菌在我盟的发现无疑对我们今后防治该病提供了科学依据。
