近几年来在中国出现的一系列的奶粉安全事件,使人们对我国的奶粉品质失去了信心。为了保证奶粉的质量安全中国开始效仿在其他发达国家如美国、德国、法国等在药店销售奶粉。我国从2013年10月以来开始在北京和江苏等20家药店试点。作为作为一条新的销售渠道,在美国、德国、法国等其他国家的市场上已经取得成功,再加上国家的扶持,我们推测效果应该很好。然而事实却恰恰相反现实的情况与我预想的不符合,这一矛盾这就是我做这个调查的出发点。
A series of milk powder safety incidents in China in recent years have caused people’s loss of confidence in the quality of Chinese milk powder. In order to ensure the quality and safety of milk powder, China began to follow the example of selling milk powder in pharmacies in other developed countries such as the United States, Germany and France. Since October 2013, China has piloted 20 pharmacies in Beijing and Jiangsu. As a new sales channel, we have succeeded in the markets of other countries such as the United States, Germany and France, and supported by the state, we speculate that the effect should be very good. However, on the contrary, the actual situation is not in line with my expectation. This contradiction is the starting point for my investigation.
