咯血是肺结核病的常见急症之一,特别是老年人,如果处理不及时,常导致窒息死亡。本文报道我院近20年来收治的肺结核咯血病例,其中60岁以上的老年人肺结核咯血380例,并与20～59岁的中青年肺结核咯血300例作比较,以探讨其临床特点。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料老年组男性298例,女性82例,年龄60～89岁,平均年龄为68.7岁。中青年组男性216例,女性84例,年龄20～59岁,平均年龄为37.4岁。
Hemoptysis is one of the common acute cases of tuberculosis, especially in the elderly. If not handled properly, it often causes suffocation. This article reports the pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis cases admitted to our hospital in the past 20 years, of which 380 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis and hemoptysis in elderly over 60 years old, and 20 to 59 years of middle-aged pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis compared to 300 cases to explore its clinical features. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information The elderly group of 298 males and 82 females, aged 60 to 89 years, with an average age of 68.7 years. 216 cases of young men and women, 84 females, aged 20 to 59 years, with an average age of 37.4 years.
