以高速数控车床刀具为研究对象,结合具体工作条件,对刀具进行切削过程热变形分析。首先进行刀具温度场理论分析,建立刀具温度场的传热模型,对刀具传热过程进行分析。进而采用ANSYS对刀具进行切削过程温度场仿真,并进行热结构耦合获取刀具热变形量。研究结果表明:文中在一定程度上实现了对刀具热变形的定量计算分析和研究,为进一步研究刀具热变形对加工精度的影响,以及采用何种误差补偿方法提高加工精度等奠定了良好的研究基础。
With high-speed CNC lathe tool as the research object, combined with specific working conditions, the cutting tool for thermal deformation analysis. Firstly, the theoretical analysis of tool temperature field is carried out, the heat transfer model of tool temperature field is established, and the heat transfer process of tool is analyzed. Then using ANSYS to simulate the cutting process temperature field of the tool, and thermal structure coupling to obtain the tool thermal deformation. The results show that the quantitative analysis and research on the thermal deformation of the tool is realized in this paper, and a good study is made for further research on the influence of the tool thermal deformation on the machining accuracy and the error compensation method used to improve the machining accuracy basis.
