人类把“海鲜”作为食物,已经有几千年的历史了。不过对于早期人类来说,海鲜只是一种用于充饥的食品,维持生命而已。但对于现代人类,海鲜的美味和优秀的营养品质,已经使之成为人们最良好最健康的食物之一。人们爱海鲜,吃海鲜,海鲜也确实让入垂涎,既好吃又有营养。然而,人们却很少了解海鲜,只知美滋味,不知潜危害。因此,了解海鲜,科学、合理地食用海鲜是非常重要的,我们提醒大家注意以下几个方面:
