本文研究的重点,是基于心理契约理论的人力资源管理方法。本文分析了心理契约的基本理论,由其概念入手,对心理契约的结构进行分析;再结合企业人力资源管理的实际流程,对其中的心理契约现象进行讨论;最后,对心理契约视角下的人力资源管理方法进行分析。心理契约理论能有效填补当前人力资源管理中的空白,在构建友好型企业内部关系中发挥着重要意义。管理人员在人力资源管理中,应该结合心理契约的一般内容,进一步完善人力资源管理方法,保证人力资源管理能满足企业发展的要求。
The focus of this paper is the human resource management method based on the psychological contract theory. This paper analyzes the basic theory of psychological contract, starting from its concept, analyzes the structure of psychological contract, and then discusses the psychological contract in the actual process of human resource management. Finally, Resource management methods for analysis. The theory of psychological contract can effectively fill the gap in the current human resource management and plays an important role in building the friendly relationship among enterprises. In the management of human resources, managers should combine the general content of the psychological contract to further improve the human resources management methods to ensure that human resources management can meet the requirements of the development of enterprises.
