最近几年,不少所谓专事品牌策划的文化公司对中小学校兴趣浓厚,他们频繁出入于学校,不遗余力地推销其学校文化建设方案。他们发现:在学校文化建设的热潮中,中小学校不仅蕴藏着丰厚的商机,而且能获得相对的文化优越感!因为,把校长说服了,这所学校文化建设的一应事务就算做成了。这,简直是对“学校文化”的亵渎!学校是师生共同的学校,师生是学校文化建设的主体。学校文化必须是基于学校的、有时间积累的、意蕴真诚而丰富的、得到师生认同的。孟志荪先生是南开中学的传奇,他主编南开国 In recent years, many so-called specialist brand planning cultural companies interested in primary and secondary schools, they frequent access to schools, spare no effort to promote its school culture building programs.
