玉米花药诱导培养,PNC培养基与N_6相比,其诱导频率提高3—25倍,并且使胚状体频率得到大幅度增加;玉米雄穗在低温0—8℃条件下保存13—21天,花药接种在PNC培养基上,能不同程度提高花粉出愈频率,尤以低温处理十九天的诱导效果最好。玉米花粉苗的移栽,是玉米花培育种约重要一环,经过几年的试验研究,采用“浸水练苗移栽技术”可以使花粉苗移栽成活率提高到70%以上。
Compared with N_6, the induction frequency of PNC medium increased by 3-25 folds, and the frequency of embryoid body was greatly increased.
