建立了一种气相色谱法检测水稻(植株、稻壳和糙米)中哒螨灵残留的方法。实验结果显示,哒螨灵添加水平在0.020~5.00 0 mg/kg范围内,植株、糙米和稻壳中哒螨灵的添加回收率在80.13%~98.59%之间,相对标准偏差为2.40%~8.47%;哒螨灵的最小检出量2.3×10~(-11) g,该方法在水稻基质中的最低检出浓度为0.005 mg/kg。一年三地田间实验结果表明,距末次施药21 d后,植株、糙米和稻壳中哒螨灵的最终残留量为<0.05 mg/kg。本文建立哒螨灵在水稻中的检测方法符合农药残留检测的要求,且最终残留数据为其在水稻上的合理使用提供重要的科学依据。
A method for the determination of pyridaben residue in rice (plant, rice husk and brown rice) by gas chromatography was established. The results showed that the addition level of pyridaben was in the range of 0.020-5.00 mg / kg, the recoveries of pyridaben in plants, brown rice and rice husk were between 80.13% and 98.59% with the relative standard deviations of 2.40% 8.47%. The minimum detectable amount of pyridaben was 2.3 × 10 ~ (-11) g. The minimum detectable concentration of pyridaben in rice matrix was 0.005 mg / kg. The results of three field trials a year showed that the final residues of pyridaben in plants, brown rice and rice husk were <0.05 mg / kg after 21 d of the last application. This paper established pyridaben detection method in rice in line with the requirements of pesticide residue testing, and the final residue data for its rational use of rice provides an important scientific basis.
