随着新时代的到来,经济飞速发展,社会不断进步,人们的生活水平也日益提高,企业对人事档案的管理要求也越来越高。人事档案作为企业存在的基本条件之一,囊括了包括职工的基本情况,家庭条件,个人工作学习经历,知识水平,技能水平,在工作中的贡献和受到的惩罚等等。可以说,人事档案是一个企业的主管评定工作人员的考核标准,人事档案在在人力资源的开发预测和管理等方面都起着至关重要的作用。然而,人事档案虽然作用重大,但随着社会的发展,企业的人事档案管理仍出现了这样那样的问题,这些问题若不加以解决,势必会影响企业的人事管理,人事调动,甚至会影响企业的经济效益流入,所以,在新的时代,如何解决人事档案管理中出现的问题,使人事档案更好为企业单位事业单位工作,这值得我们去思考和讨论。
