室温下以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为保护剂,在水相中合成了黄色的银纳米粒子(Ag-NPs)。在pH8.69的BR缓冲溶液中,Ba~(2+)能使Ag-NPs的吸光度降低,并引起颜色改变,在优化条件下Ag-NPs的吸光度降低值(△A)与Ba~(2+)浓度在1.0—10.0μmol/L测定区间内呈现良好的线性(△A=—0.09547+0.07475C,r=0.9960)。基于这种吸光度的变化,建立了测定Ba~(2+)的方法。
Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) was used as protective agent at room temperature, and yellow silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) were synthesized in aqueous phase. In pH8.69 BR buffer solution, Ba 2+ could reduce the absorbance of Ag-NPs and lead to color change. Under the optimal conditions, the decrease of absorbance of Ag-NPs (△ A) +) Showed a good linearity in the range of 1.0-10.0μmol / L (△ A = -0.09547 + 0.07475C, r = 0.9960). Based on this change in absorbance, a method for the determination of Ba ~ (2+) was established.
