今年4月24日,《广告法》(修订草案)经十二届全国人大常委会第十四次会议三审后,最终表决通过。此次修法的最大焦点是,卫生系统和社会各界控烟力量坚决主张全面禁止烟草广告,烟草行业及其主管部门则持强烈反对立场。从一审到三审,相关立法博弈持续进行,多个控烟公益组织、高校研究机构及公共卫生和法学领域专家纷纷召开研讨会并联名上书立法机构,呼吁不能给烟草广告留下任何空间,推动修法草案不断对烟草广告作
