官兵关系面临的形势长期的和平环境,官兵之间不象战争年代那样时时处处生死与共,加上有些基层干部对我军优良传统知之不多,缺少带兵经验,尤其是市场经济的唯利性、竟争性的特点,使官兵关系的观念逐步淡化,甚至存在着一些影响官兵团结的因素,主要表现在以下几个方面:1、尊干爱兵的传统教育不够.笔者调查了近10个中队,发现有近70%的干部不知道尊干爱兵的基本要求,80%的战士只回答服从管理,按领导讲的办,按照亲友的嘱托“搞好关系”,究竟如何“搞好关系”则一无所知,大部分中队基本上没有搞过尊干爱兵教育,干部、骨干找战士谈心时,也只是强调要正确处理好关系,究竟如何处理,自己也无从谈起,致使传统教育出现“空档”.
