Objective To investigate the effect of grading intervention on the patients with breast cancer and the anxiety and depression. Methods 100 cases of breast cancer patients who were treated from March 2014 to March 2016 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine psychological nursing and health education. The intervention group was graded on the basis of the control group, and the stress was assessed by using the Chinese version of peiceived scale (CPSS). The self-rating anxiety scale (self- rating anxiety scale (SAS) was used to evaluate the anxiety state. The depression status was scored by self-rating depression scale (SDS). The scores of CPSS, SAS and SDS before and after the intervention were compared. Group stress, anxiety, depression grade. Comparison of measurement data using t test, rank data comparison using rank sum test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of CPSS, SAS and SDS between the two groups before intervention (all P> 0.05). After intervention, the scores of CPSS, SAS and SDS in the control group [(39.01 ± 5.12), (47.90 ± 5.74) and (53.90 ± 4.47) points] were significantly higher than those before intervention [(39.41 ± 5.06), (47.93 ± 5.81), (54.15 ± 4.96 ) Points compared with no significant difference (all P> 0.05). After intervention, the intervention group (33.94 ± 5.40), (43.06 ± 5.01), (44.05 ± 5.12) and intervention group (39.27 ± 4.97), (48.01 ± 5.53) and (53.30 ± 5.04) The difference was statistically significant (all P <0.05). There was no significant difference in pressure, anxiety and depression between the two groups before intervention (all P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in pressure, anxiety and depression between the two groups after intervention (P> 0.05). After intervention, the scores of stress, anxiety and depression in intervention group were significantly different from those in control group before intervention (all P <0.05). Conclusions Grading intervention can effectively relieve the sensory stress in patients with breast cancer and improve their anxiety and depression status.
