目的:研究了大鼠微循环障碍时脏器微循环和血压、心率、呼吸的变化规律和相互关 系.方法:用高分子右旋糖肝静脉注射复制微循环障碍的大鼠动物模型,用激光多普勒微 循环血流仪(LDF)测量肾脏和尾部微循环血流相对值,同时测量血压、心律、呼吸变化、实 验结果用统计学进行分析.结果:微循环障碍时肾脏和尾部微循环血流量和血压、心率均 下降.肾脏、尾部微循环血流量和血压、心律之间均有显著的相关性(r=0、838~0.900),与 呼吸无明显的相关性(r=-0.221~-0.758)结论:由于血压、心律和微循环明显相关, 血压和心律可以间接地反映脏器的微循环情况
OBJECTIVE: To study the changes and correlations of organ microcirculation, blood pressure, heart rate and respiration during microcirculation in rats. Methods: Rat models of microcirculation disturbance were induced by injection of high molecular dextrose hepatic vein. Relative velocity of renal microcirculation and tail microcirculation were measured by laser Doppler flow cytometry (LDF). Blood pressure, heart rate , Respiratory changes, the experimental results were statistically analyzed. Results: Microcirculation and renal microcirculation and tail microcirculation blood flow and blood pressure, heart rate decreased. Renal and tail microcirculation blood flow and blood pressure, heart rate were significantly correlated (r = 0,838 ~ 0.900), and no significant correlation with respiratory (r = -0.221 ~ -0.758 ) CONCLUSIONS: Because blood pressure, heart rate and microcirculation are significantly correlated, blood pressure and heart rate can indirectly reflect the microcirculation of organs
