选用3月龄青年雌性大鼠60只,按体质量随机分成5组,每组12只,分别为空白对照组,低、中、高剂量组和雌激素组,实验周期6周。进行病理组织学检查,检验其安全性。实验结果表明,大豆异黄酮对青年雌性大鼠体质量的影响不显著,脏体比结果表明对脾脏可能有一定的影响,从而可能影响其免疫功能。病理检测结果表明,高剂量组大鼠的卵巢发生了病理变化,肝脏、肾脏及脾脏的病理变化不明显,推测在300 mg/kg·bw的剂量下,大豆异黄酮可能会对青年雌性大鼠卵巢产生影响。
Sixty three-month-old female rats were randomly divided into five groups according to body weight, with 12 rats in each group.
