有限保质期商品的过期销售是零售企业运营管理过程中面临的主要难题之一.本文根据有限保质期商品的流通过程和管理难点,提出并设计了一种实现有限保质期商品流通安全信息化管控的解决方案——“期码追溯”系统.该系统能够与其他功能信息平台无缝对接,从生产、流通一直到销售环节对这类商品进行全程自动化管理.探讨了“期码追溯”系统的设计流程、解决方案和应用价值.最后以企业的实际案例论证了这一方案的有效性和先进性.
