本文提出了一种可对复合材料结构进行应力分析的方法。 我们根据复合材料结构,尤其是翼面结构的实际情况,选取了复合材料等轴力杆元、受剪梯形板元及平面应力三角形板元三种元素。文中详细推导了三种元素的刚度矩阵,并给出了相应的应力计算公式。此外,文中还选取HiLL—TSai判据,计算复合材料结构件的剩余强度。 据此方法,我们编制了复合材料应力分析程序FEMV,程序编制后,进行了一系列的考核,除与国外有关文献对比外,还与试验结果进行了对比,考核表明FEMV程序的计算结果与文献及试验结果十分吻合。 FEMV程序已用于复合材料垂尾结构应力分析。
This paper presents a method of stress analysis of composite structures. According to the actual situation of the composite structure, especially the airfoil structure, we selected the three elements of the composite material such as isokinetic rod element, scissors trapezoidal element and plane stress triangular plate element. In this paper, the stiffness matrixes of three elements are deduced in detail, and corresponding stress formulas are given. In addition, the HiLL-TSai criterion is also selected to calculate the residual strength of the composite structure. According to this method, we have compiled FEMV program of composite material. After the program was compiled, a series of tests were carried out. In addition to comparing with the foreign literature, the results were compared with the test results. The results show that the calculation results of FEMV program and literature And the test results are very consistent. FEMV program has been used for stress analysis of composite vertical structure.
