本试验用4NQO(4-硝基喹啉-1-氧化物)、~(137)Csγ射线单因子及其复因子处理大豆风干种子。结果表明,单因子处理均能降低大豆的苗高、成苗率,增加不孕率及染色体畸变频率和过氧化物酶活力,改变过氧化物酶同工酶谱。复因子处理较单因子处理的效应更强。~3H-TdR 掺入试验结果表明,单因子处理均可使 DNA 造成损伤,复因子处理可使 DNA 损伤程度加重。
In this experiment, the soybean dry seeds were treated with 4NQO (4-nitroquinoline-1-oxide) and 137 Csγ-ray single factor and their complexing factors. The results showed that the single factor treatment can reduce soybean seedling height, seedling rate, increase the rate of infertility and chromosomal aberrations and peroxidase activity, changes in peroxidase isozymes. Complex factor treatment is more effective than single factor treatment. ~ 3H-TdR incorporation test results show that single factor treatment can cause DNA damage, complex factor treatment can make DNA damage increased.
