The Emperor Zhu Yuanzhang, the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty, sat in his golden eleventh house for the eighteenth year (1385 AD) and saw much corruption in local officials. Therefore, he made the following remark in “The Fifth Lieutenant Governor” : I follow the example of ancients to appoint officials and send them all over the country. Unexpectedly, when they were newly appointed, they were both loyal and adhering to the principle. However, they were long-time officials and were all raped and greedy. This essay by Emperor Zhu inadvertently revealed an eternal difficulty - the shelf life of officials. As we all know, vegetables, fruits, meat, medicines have a shelf life. in fact,
