制备了Er3+单掺杂及Yb3+/Er3+双掺杂四磷酸盐玻璃,测量了吸收光谱、荧光光谱,用McCumber理论计算Er3+的发射截面,研究了其荧光特性、浓度猝灭及其机制、以及OH基对荧光强度和能量传递的影响,研究发现对四磷酸盐玻璃Yb3+的最佳浓度约为1.82×1021 ions/cm3, Er3+最佳浓度约为0.96×1020 ions/cm3。
