教师均希望每节课都能够按照自己设计的教学过程步步落实,圆满完成教学任务。然而,实际上教学的预设和生成之间并非都能够完全吻合,学生的参与程度和活动节奏不可能程序般掌控。此时,教师要因势利导,给予学生充分时间,由他们讨论解决问题,而不是按照计划一成不变,打断学生的良性思维。如果因为时间关系而不能完成预定任务,可以将其作为家庭作业来处理。1.教学实践不久前,学校对高二年级进行教学督导。
