江苏省冶金局于一九八○年十一月下旬在南京主持召开了锌热酸浸出——喷淋沉淀除铁技术鉴定会。这项科研成果是江苏省冶金研究所和浙江温州冶炼厂试验成功的。 喷淋沉淀法除铁是将含有三价铁的弱酸性浸出液,用喷淋的方式喷入搅拌均匀、含铁小于1(克/升)的溶液,以焙砂为中和剂,在pH4~5、温度85~90℃的条件下,使三价铁快速水解,呈一种结晶良好并有一定粒度的铁沉淀物析出,以达到除铁的目的。
