目的:观察旋动式人工流产术用于终止早期意外妊娠的临床结局。方法:因非意愿妊娠要求人工流产的孕38~60 d健康孕妇360例,随机分为旋动组和吸宫组,每组180例,分别用旋动式、负压吸引式人工流产器终止妊娠。观察宫颈扩张及疼痛情况、手术时间、出血量、完全流产率及抽样病理检查等项目。结果:旋动组对宫颈张开程度的要求、疼痛感较吸宫组明显减小;旋动式手术时间(6.0±1.1 min)远少于吸宫组(7.9±2.5 min),P<0.01,其它项目差异无统计学意义。病理结果示旋动组组织损伤小于吸宫组。结论:旋动式流产术几乎无需扩张宫颈,明显减轻疼痛,无负压产生,损伤小,安全有效。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical outcomes of spin-induced abortion in terminating early unwanted pregnancies. Methods: One hundred and thirty-eight healthy pregnant women (38-60 days pregnant women) who requested induced abortion due to unwanted pregnancy were randomly divided into swirling group and suctioning group, with 180 cases in each group, which were terminated by rotary and vacuum suction artificial abortion Pregnancy. Observation of cervical dilatation and pain, operation time, blood loss, complete abortion rate and sampling pathology and other projects. Results: The requirement of open degree of cervix in the group of rotation was significantly lower than that of the suctioning group (P <0.01). The time of rotary operation (6.0 ± 1.1 min) was much shorter than that of the suctioning group (7.9 ± 2.5 min), P <0.01 , There was no significant difference in other items. The pathological results showed that the tissue damage in the swirl group was smaller than that in the suction group. Conclusion: Swirling abortion almost no need to expand the cervix, significantly reduce pain, no negative pressure, less damage, safe and effective.
