本文使用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法对宁夏回族自治区体育运动训练管理中心,场地自行车队青年运动员提升下肢力量训练手段方法进行研究。通过研究发现,在冬训早期使用离心力量训练法随后使用向心力量训练法,能够减少运动员出现伤病情况和减少神经性适应对肌肉力量提高幅度的限制。有助于运动员保持训练的连贯性和系统性,能够帮助运动员提升创造优异比赛成绩的可能。
In this paper, we use the methods of literature review, experiment and mathematical statistics to study the ways to enhance lower limb strength training of youth athletes in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The study found that the use of centripetal force training in early winter training using centripetal strength training method can reduce the athlete’s injury and reduce the limitation of neuromodulatory improvement on muscle strength. Helps athletes keep coherence and systematic training and helps athletes improve their chances of achieving excellent results.
