针对水轮机调节系统的特性,设计了一种PI型模糊控制器;并根据偏差和偏差变化率的相平面图,建立了调节系统的动态特性和规则基之间的定性关系,避免了规则基设计过程中过多的依赖于主观因素的影响,使规则基的设计更趋于合理。仿真结果表明,这种模糊控制器在有功功率自动调节时,可以较好的克服“水锤效应”的影响,具有较好的动态品质,是解决水轮发电机组调节问题的一种有效的方法
Aiming at the characteristics of turbine governing system, a PI-type fuzzy controller is designed.
