法治是国家治理体系与治理能力现代化的重要标志,对于保障人民利益、维护社会稳定、巩固党执政地位、净化党员干部队伍、防止权力专横和腐败具有重要作用。目前,中国特色社会主义法律体系已经完成。但是,法治建设还存在一些问题,使法治观念不能深入人心,法治信仰未能完全在全社会树立起来,影响了中国的法治化进程。 The rule of law is an important symbol of the modernization of the country’s governance system and governance capability. It plays an important role in safeguarding the interests of the people, maintaining social stability, consolidating the party’s ruling position, purifying party members and cadres and preventing tyranny of power and corruption. At present, the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics has been completed. However, there are still some problems in the construction of the rule of law, so that the concept of the rule of law can not be deeply rooted in the people. The belief in the rule of law failed to establish itself in society as a whole, affecting the process of rule of law in China.
