技术素养视角下的教学团队建设是高等职业教育改革和发展的重要内容。“校政企”混编教学团队能最大限度地发挥团队知识、技能、资源、信息等互补性优势,协同培养学生的职业技术素养和实践操作能力,有效培养高技能应用型人才。通过对江苏经贸职业技术学院商务英语教学团队实证的分析,阐明团队建设必须多方协作,互为融通,以制度、名师、技术、互赢、信息畅通五大保障为基础,构建长期稳定的教学团队,提高人才培养的信度和效度。
