本文以公众社会捐赠问卷调查为基础,对公众社会捐赠认知、态度和行为进行了分析。调查发现:公众在捐赠政策法规方面认知度不高,捐赠内容认知度高但是对机构认知度不高,仅对已形成品牌的公益慈善活动认知度高;捐赠动机多是出于仁爱之心,对慈善组织的信任度不高,反感行政摊派的组织方式;捐赠频率不高,以个人直接式的现金捐赠为主,多是通过官方、半官方的机构进行捐赠。最后,结合调查结果提出促进社会捐赠发展的建议。
Based on the questionnaire survey of public social donations, this article analyzes the public awareness, attitude and behavior of social donation. The survey found that: the public awareness of donation policies and regulations is not high, awareness of the content of the donation is high but the awareness of the organization is not high, only formed brand awareness of charity activities; donations motivated mostly from Benevolence, the trust of charity organizations is not high, disgusted with the organization of administrative apportion; donations frequency is not high, mainly by personal direct cash donations, mostly through official and semi-official institutions to make donations. Finally, combined with the results of the survey put forward suggestions to promote the development of social donations.
