面对城市院线一路飙升的票房收入,农村电影在经历过上世纪80年代的短暂辉煌后转而走向低迷甚至停滞不前,于夹缝中求生存似乎成为我国未来农村电影的唯一发展方式。“2131”政策的出台则从某些方面打破了现有僵局,然而在该政策实施过程中我们仍对改革中存在的问题表示困惑并提出质疑,国家下大力气的挽救农村电影究竟是出于“文化拯救”还是“票房拯救”的目的?改革中的两者结合成为凌驾高空不接地气的一句空话,“要结合”、“该怎么结合”、“具体的实施细则该如何推敲”无疑是农村电影改革进程中的最大问题所在。
In the face of soaring cinema receipts in urban cinemas, rural film went sluggish and even stagnated after it experienced a brief splendor in the 1980s. Surviving through cracks seems to be the only mode of development for China’s rural movies in the future. However, the introduction of the “2131” policy broke the current impasse in some aspects. However, we still confused and questioned the problems existing in the reform during the implementation of this policy. What is the great effort to save rural movies under the state? Out of “cultural salvation ” or “box office to save ” purpose? The reform of the combination of the two become overrooting at the top of an empty phrase, “to combine ”, “how to combine ” “How the specific implementation details” is undoubtedly the biggest issue in the process of rural film reform.
