人力资源管理在煤矿企业中一直是举足轻重的重要软实力,其高效性与否直接关系到企业在市场中的竞争能力。在煤矿经济不景气的条件下,煤矿企业内部出现诸多问题人力资源管理滞后、问题百出,对提升企业竞争力造成阻力。文章针对企业人力资源管理中存在的既有问题进行探析,着手于改善现有状况,提升企业人力资源管理效率,为提高企业软实力和竞争力提高了有价值的指导。
Human resource management has always been an important soft power in coal mining enterprises. Whether its efficiency or not is directly related to the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. In the coal mine economy downturn conditions, many problems within the coal mine enterprise human resource management lags behind, full of problems, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises resistance. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the human resources management of enterprises and starts to improve the existing conditions and enhance the efficiency of human resources management in enterprises so as to raise valuable guidance for improving the soft power and competitiveness of enterprises.
