制定药物成瘾者生存质量测定量表。方法采用选题小组和议题小组的程序化决策方式制定药物成瘾者的生存质量评定量表，并通过１５８例海洛因成瘾者的测试对量表进行考评，所用统计方法有相关分析、因子分析、逐步回归分析、ｔ检验等。结果制定出含４０个条目的测定量表ＱＯＬ－ＤＡ，其重测信度为０．８２，主成份累积贡献率为６６．７％，以ＷＨＯＱＯＬ和ＳＦ—３６的相关系数分别为０．７３和０．７１，能在戒毒１２天即反映出生存质量的变化。结论量表具有较好的信度、效度和反应度。因而有一定的实用价值。
To establish the quality of life of drug addicts determination scale. Methods According to the procedural decision-making method of the topic group and the topic group, the quality of life questionnaire of drug addicts was established and the scale was evaluated by the test of 158 heroin addicts. The statistical methods used were correlation analysis and factor analysis , Stepwise regression analysis, t test and so on. Results A 40-item measuring scale, QOL-DA, was developed with a test-retest reliability of 0.82 and a cumulative contribution rate of 66.7%. The correlation coefficients of WHOQOL and SF-36 were 0.73 And 0.71, can reflect changes in quality of life in 12 days after drug treatment. Conclusion The scale has good reliability, validity and responsiveness. Which has a certain practical value.
