本文通过对四种黄酮类药物(青兰、葛根、毛冬青原生药的乙酸乙酯提取物为总黄酮、芦丁)以不同填充剂(氢氧化铝、碳酸钙、糊精、乳糖、淀粉)制成20种片剂,用循环仪法测得溶出曲线的研究,在Adnan 的动力学分析基础上改进后得到三参量双指数函数式(three parameters biexponential function,简称 TPBE 式)。片剂药物溶出过程分为:未崩解片剂表面直接溶出,其溶出速率常数为 Ki;崩解后表面积增加,其崩解速率常数为 Kd;崩解的颗粒表面溶出,其溶出速率常数为 Ks。片剂溶出动力学过程如下图:
In this paper, four flavonoids (Qinglan, Pueraria lobata, Hollyhock primary crude drug ethyl acetate extract of total flavonoids, rutin) with different fillers (aluminum hydroxide, calcium carbonate, dextrin, lactose, starch) Twenty kinds of tablets were prepared and the dissolution curve was measured by the method of cycler. Three parameters biexponential function (TPBE) was obtained after the improvement of Adnan kinetic analysis. Tablet drug dissolution process is divided into: non-disintegrating tablet surface dissolution directly, the dissolution rate constant Ki; disintegration surface area increases, the disintegration rate constant Kd; disintegrated particles surface dissolution, the dissolution rate constant of Ks.
