对斑鳠人工繁殖获得的8批鱼苗进行了4种不同培育密度、温度、水质指标以及不同饵料水平的比较试验。研究结果表明:斑鳠苗种培育密度适宜范围在246~432尾/m~3,最佳密度是356尾/m~3;温度适宜范围23~28℃,最适范围23~25℃;水质指标在DO≥5.0mg/L、NH_3-N≤0.48mg/L、pH值7.2~7.6的条件下养殖效果较为理想;最佳饵料组合为丰年虫和水蚯蚓。
Eight batches of fry obtained from the artificial breeding of mackerel were subjected to four different cultivation density, temperature, water quality indicators and comparative experiments of different food levels. The results showed that the suitable range of cultivation density was 246-432 / m 3, the optimum density was 356 / m 3, the optimum temperature range was 23-28 ℃, the optimum range was 23-25 ℃, The results showed that the optimal culture conditions were DO≥5.0mg / L, NH_3-N≤0.48mg / L, pH value 7.2 ~ 7.6. The best combination was Artemia and Water earthworm.
