悬架特性参数(刚度、阻尼)的匹配合理与否直接影响到汽车对路面的力学作用,悬架结构参数的改变对车辆动载有很大的影响。文中采用近似饱和D最优设计方法对某重型车辆悬架进行优化,并运用ADAMS仿真软件对优化结果进行验证。结果表明:优化后的车辆对路面的动载荷作用有很大程度的降低,即明显地改善了车辆对路面的动载荷破坏作用。同时,车辆的平顺性并未被破坏。
Whether the matching of the suspension characteristic parameters (stiffness, damping) are reasonable or not has a direct impact on the mechanical effect of the vehicle on the road surface. The change of the suspension structural parameters has a great influence on the vehicle dynamic load. In this paper, an approximate saturated D-optimal design method is used to optimize the suspension of a heavy vehicle. The ADAMS simulation software is used to verify the optimization results. The results show that the optimized vehicle has greatly reduced the dynamic load on the road surface, that is to say, it obviously improves the dynamic load damaging effect of the vehicle on the road surface. At the same time, the ride comfort of the vehicle has not been destroyed.
