为了解大学英语课堂对学生阅读能力培养之现状,通过访谈20位学生,从中剖析出传统大学英语课堂教学中存在的一些薄弱环节。为切实提高学生的交际阅读能力,部分教师需进一步转变观念,在课堂上加强培养学生对篇章的宏观驾驭能力和信息提取能力。另一方面,教师要高效利用学生的课外时间,引导其课外阅读,并加强有效监督。
In order to understand the current situation of college English reading ability cultivation for students, through interviews with 20 students, we analyze some weak points existing in the traditional college English classroom teaching. In order to effectively improve the students ’communicative reading ability, some teachers need to further change their concepts and enhance students’ ability of macroscopic control and information extraction in the classroom. On the other hand, teachers should make efficient use of their extra-curricular hours to guide their extra-curricular reading and enhance effective supervision.
