将人绒癌新鲜组织碎块接种于Balb/c裸鼠皮下,成功地建立了移植瘤模型,并已传代16~68代,荷瘤裸鼠腹水或瘤内血hCG达400~20000mIU/ml以上。利用131Ⅰ标记的小鼠抗人绒毛膜促性腺激素单克隆抗体(抗hCGMcAb)对荷瘤裸鼠进行放射免疫显像,结果标记抗体能够特异性地聚集于肿瘤部位,使肿瘤显像,最佳显像时间为注入标记抗体后72~96h。
Human choriocarcinoma fresh tissue was inoculated into the subcutaneous tissue of Balb/c nude mice. The transplanted tumor model was successfully established and passaged for 16 to 68 generations. The ascitic fluid or intratumoral blood hCG of the tumor-bearing nude mice was 400 to 20000 mIU/ml or more. . Radioimmunoimaging of tumor-bearing nude mice using a 131I-labeled mouse anti-human chorionic gonadotropin monoclonal antibody (anti-hCGMcAb) resulted in the ability of the labeled antibody to specifically accumulate at the tumor site and enable tumor imaging. The imaging time was 72 to 96 hours after injecting the labeled antibody.
