经过20多年的建设积累,特别是近些年的快速发展,中国石油天然气集团公司(以下简称中油集团)的信息化建设已经取得了长足进展。从集团公司领导的高度重视,到企业普通员工的广泛应用,从信息化决策领导机构的应运而生,到信息化的有力管理与执行,从基础设施的建设,到信息资源的逐步整合,中油集团都已具备了较好的基础。可以说,信息技术应用已经深入到了各个生产环节和管理层面。如何利用信息技术全面提升中油集团的国际竞争力,建设数字中国石油,是中油集团信息化工作的重点。中油集团规划计划部副主任孔祥国对本刊记者畅谈了集团下一步工作的规划和构想。
