本研究采用调查法,对北京广播电视大学广告专业部分在校生、毕业生以及部分任课教师、部分从事不同业务类型的广告公司的调查,发现了北京广播电视大学广告专业的人才培养模式和课程设置系统存在着重理论、轻实践,课程设置没能及时反映市场变化和企业需求状况,网络教学资源利用不足等问题,并针对这些问题提出了5点改进建议。本研究结果对于正确认识北京电大广告专业人才培养状况及效果、课程设置状况,以及进一步的课程设置的改革、教学方式的改革、网络教学资源的建设具有一定的借鉴意义。
This research investigates the advertisement professional part of Beijing Radio and TV University students, graduates and part of the teachers, some of the advertising companies engaged in different types of business investigation and found that Beijing University of Radio and Television Advertising professionals training model and curriculum There are many problems in the system, such as light practice and curriculum setting, which can not reflect the changes of the market and the needs of enterprises in time, and the lack of utilization of online teaching resources. In addition, 5 suggestions for improvement are put forward. The results of this study have certain reference for the correct understanding of Beijing TV University advertising professionals training status and effectiveness, the status of curriculum, and further curriculum reform, teaching reform, construction of online teaching resources.
