无固定期限劳动合同是指在用人单位和劳动者之间没有约定确定的终止时间的劳动合同,按照目前《劳动合同法》规定双方可以采取协商订立、依法强制订立等方式确定无固定期限的劳动合同,目前我国关于无固定期限劳动合同还存在着诸如订立条件存在漏洞、适用范围过于宽泛及接触条件过于严格等问题,本文将对这些问题逐一探讨并提出完善建议。
