目的分析自固化磷酸钙人工骨修补髓室底穿孔的临床效果。方法取本院口腔科于2008年7月~2011年7月间收治的髓室底穿孔的患者94例共94颗患牙作为研究对象,均经临床确诊,随机分为观察组与对照组患儿各47例47颗患牙。观察组患者使用自固化磷酸钙进行穿孔修补,对照组患者酚醛类根管充填充剂,具体操作步骤同观察组,比较两组患者完成修补术后在随访期内的治疗效果情况。结果在随访的各个时间段内,观察组患者的髓室底穿孔修补成功率均明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论自固化磷酸钙可以有效治疗髓室底穿孔,修补效果较好,且能维持较长时间,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of self-curing calcium phosphate artificial bone in repairing perforation of medullary cavity. Methods A total of 94 patients with 94 medial perforations in the Department of Stomatology, Department of Stomatology from July 2008 to July 2011 were enrolled in this study. All patients were clinically diagnosed and randomly divided into observation group and control group Forty-seven 47 children with teeth. The patients in the observation group were treated with self-curing calcium phosphate for perforation repair. The patients in the control group were filled with phenolic root canals. The specific procedures were the same as those in the observation group. The therapeutic effect of the patients in the two groups during the follow-up period was compared. Results During the follow-up period, the successful rate of repairing perforation of medullary cavity in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Self-curing calcium phosphate can effectively treat the perforation of the medullary cavity, repair better, and can maintain a long time, it is worth to promote the use of the clinic.
