耐久跑是发展学生耐力素质最常用的方式之一,也是培养学生意志品质的好方法。通常进行耐久跑练习或比赛,都是以学生个人为单位进行,成绩记录和评价也是针对学生个体。由于运动方式相对简单,伴有“极点”等身体反应,很多学生抵触、害怕甚至躲避耐久跑练习。为了使更多的学生带着良好的情绪和自信参与到练习与比赛中,我们设计了“团体赛跑”这一形式。希望通过这个活动有效发展学生的耐力素质、力量素质,培养合作意识和团队
Durable running is one of the most commonly used ways to develop students’ endurance qualities and is also a good way to develop the will-quality of students. Usually run or run durable competitions are based on individual student units, record the results and evaluation is also for individual students. Due to the relatively simple mode of exercise, with the “pole” and other physical reactions, many students conflict, fear or even avoid running durable practice. In order to make more students participate in the exercises and competitions with good emotions and self-confidence, we designed the “Team Race” format. Hope that through this activity, we will effectively develop students’ endurance quality, strength and quality, and cultivate a sense of cooperation and team
