目前,工会公文在制发过程中还存在着一些问题:一是少数公文运转程序倒流,未经办公厅核稿就送主管领导签发;二是公文送签稿质量不高;三是公文格式、行文关系、公文文种不符合要求;四是部门之间公文内容相互矛盾;五是发文数量尚未得到有效控制,等等。这些问题的存在,不同程度地影响了公文质量,不利于发挥公文应有的作用。因此,必须高度重视公文制发工作,把它摆在工会领导机关工作的重要位置,在公文制发的规范化、制度化、科学化上下功夫。
At present, there are still some problems in the process of issuing trade union documents: First, the circulation of a few official documents is reversed and sent to the competent leadership without the approval of the General Office; second, the quality of the official documents sent is not high; third, The relationship between the language and the official document does not meet the requirements; fourth, the contents of the documents between the two parties are contradictory; fifth, the quantity of the issued documents has not been effectively controlled, and so on. The existence of these problems affects the quality of official documents in varying degrees and is not conducive to playing the due role of official documents. Therefore, we must attach great importance to the development of official documents and place it in an important position in the work of the leading trade unions, and work hard on the standardization, institutionalization and scientificization of official documents.
