目的分析新疆产白刺叶中黄酮类成分异鼠李素-3-芸香糖苷的含量,对新疆白刺的品质评价和质量控制提供依据。方法采用HPLC法对新疆白刺叶中异鼠李素-3-芸香糖苷进行含量分析。色谱柱:Diamonsil C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm);流速:1ml/min;柱温:26℃;检测波长:360nm。结果新疆白刺叶中异鼠李素-3-芸香糖苷在0.007 813~1mg/ml的范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.13%,RSD=3.02%。结论异鼠李素-3-芸香糖苷在白刺叶中的含量存在较大的种内和种间差异。该方法操作简单,检测结果准确,重复性好,可作为新疆白刺叶中异鼠李素-3-芸香糖苷的定量分析方法。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the content of isorhamnetin-3-rutinoside, a flavonoid component of Nitraria tangutorum in Xinjiang, and provide the basis for the quality evaluation and quality control of Nitraria tangutorum. Methods HPLC method was used to determine the content of isorhamnetin-3-rutinoside in Xinjiang white-leaf thorn. Column: Diamonsil C 18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm); flow rate: 1 ml / min; column temperature: 26 ° C .; detection wavelength: 360 nm. Results The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between isorhamnetin-3-rutinoside in the range of 0.007 813 ~ 1 mg / ml with the average recoveries of 100.13% and RSD = 3.02%. Conclusion There is a large intraspecific and interspecific difference in the content of isorhamnetin-3-rutinoside in Nitraria. The method has the advantages of simple operation, accurate detection results and good repeatability, and can be used as a quantitative analysis method for the isorhamnetin-3-rutinoside of Nitraria.
