通过离心泵试验台架,试验研究了离心泵在不同转速与不同输液粘度下的运转性能,重点分析了输送高粘油品时泵轴转速对离心泵性能的影响。试验表明,输送清水时,泵轴转速对离心泵的性能影响有限,基本符合相似准则。输送高粘油时,随着泵轴转速的提高,离心泵最优工况点的效率提高,最佳效率点的流量和扬程也相应提高,因此,输送粘油用的泵的设计转速必须比水泵有较大幅度的提高。通过比较各种转速下最优工况点的比转速,认为离心泵输送粘油时,暂可采用两种准则来综合规范其相似关系,即采用输送清水时的比转速及相应的粘度范围。
