以糖化液浓度、晶种用量和结晶时间为考察因素,以葡萄糖结晶得率为效应值,采用星点设计-效应面法优化碎米糖化液结晶的工艺条件。结果二项式方程拟合效果较好(r=0.916 0),所得碎米糖化液结晶的优化工艺为:糖化液浓缩至浓度达100%~150%,加入原糖化液2%~3%的晶种,在常温下结晶50~60 h。
Taking the concentration of saccharification solution, the amount of seed and the crystallization time as the investigation factors, the yield of glucose was taken as the effect value, and the star point design-response surface method was used to optimize the crystallization conditions of the broken rice saccharification solution. Results The fitting equation of the binomial equation was better (r = 0.916 0). The optimized technology for the crystallization of the obtained liquid was as follows: the saccharification solution was concentrated to a concentration of 100% ~ 150%, and the original saccharification solution was added at 2% ~ 3% Seeds, crystallization at room temperature 50 ~ 60 h.
